Fabrica la Aurora.A 15-minute walk from the main square, this renovated textile mill is home to dozens of art galleries, furniture design stores, and cafes. The design center of San Miguel de Allende featuring local artists.
Dôce-18 Concept House. Located in the heart of downtown San Miguel de Allende in a restored mansion, this houses a myriad of tiny boutiques (including Recreo San Miguel), furniture and home accessory shops, pop up restaurants, and an amazing coffee bar.
Le Spezie. Restored vintage, antique and rustic farm furniture from all over the world displayed with textiles, decorative candles, industrial lamps, ceramic tableware, unique objects from flea markets, mirrors and more amazing small items.
La Parada. Amazing Peruvian restaurant with THE BEST ceviche in San Miguel. Great for lunch or dinner, but call ahead to make reservations. Dinner spots fill up a week beforehand.
Posada Corazon. Great breakfast spot inside a local B&B. Like having breakfast in someone's home.
Moxi. Located in the Hotel Matilda, this is a great Saturday brunch spot.
Aperi. Located in the Dos Casas Hotel, make a reservation ahead of time as this is often booked solid. Amazing fine dining, Michelin caliber meal in San Miguel. Decor is also amazing, and they have plenty vegetarian options.
